As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, allowing me to have a peaceful and undisturbed sleep.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. The staff at the front desk were able to handle our check-in smoothly and efficiently, even though we arrived in two separate groups. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The only downside was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, but we were happy to grab a cup downstairs.

Located right in the center of everything, this hotel was perfect for exploring the city by metro. The hotel was located in the most happening square in the city, with easy access to the 28 tram, taxi rank and buses. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds with large clean bathrooms. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the beautiful historic centre of the city. You can easily walk to a good restaurant nearby and it's right beside the famous A Brasileira cafe on Largo Chiado. The twin room is spacious and the bathroom is a good size as well. The morning staff is very nice and the breakfast is decent.

The evening staff can be a little weird and not very friendly at times.
