As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, allowing me to have a peaceful and undisturbed sleep.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and made it incredibly easy to explore the city. The staff at the front desk were able to handle our check-in smoothly and efficiently, even though we arrived in two separate groups. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The only downside was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, but we were happy to grab a cup downstairs. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a centrally located and comfortable stay while exploring the city.

Located right in the center of everything, this hotel was perfect for exploring the city by metro. The hotel was located in the most happening square in the city, with easy access to the 28 tram, taxi rank and buses. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds with large clean bathrooms. The air conditioning system and fresh air option gave added comfort.

There were some issues with the breakfast service. Guests complained about a lack of variety and cold food.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the spacious and comfortable room. the walk-in shower was especially enjoyable after a long day of exploring. the key location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city, made it easy for us to access various attractions and restaurants. Additionally, being near a train station was incredibly convenient for exploring areas outside of the city.

We were disappointed with the limited amenities available. We could not find a coffee machine or any cups in the establishment, which made it difficult to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the beautiful historic centre of the city. You can easily walk to a good restaurant nearby and it's right beside the famous A Brasileira cafe on Largo Chiado. The twin room is spacious and the bathroom is a good size as well. The morning staff is very nice and the breakfast is decent.

The evening staff can be a little weird and not very friendly at times.
